Your Well-Being Is Our Priority

Olga Morrow and Tricia Wright opened Arnica Counselling Inc. in November 2020. Based in Prince George, BC, this collaborative counselling centre supports individuals, couples and families to heal through connection.
Arnica Counselling Inc. is founded on the values of attachment-focused, trauma-informed, person-centred,
and culturally-sensitive practice. To support mental health during COVID-19 and beyond, they offer in-person, virtual and phone counselling for couples and individuals.

Why “Arnica”

Arnica Montana is a perennial herb used in herbal medicine for healing. We chose this name to symbolize our Northern wilderness and our collective search for healing and hope.

The follow precautions which will help keep everyone (you, your family, our staff and families and other clients) safer from exposure:

  • If you are aware that you have been exposed to COVID and/or travelled outside of the province in the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment to an online or telephone appointment or cancel.
  • Only attend in-person appointments if you are free of any possible COVID-19 symptoms
  • Wash your hands/use hand sanitizer as you enter our centre.
  • Follow safe physical distancing precautions and wear a mask securely over your nose and mouth for the duration of your time in the centre.
  • Try not to touch your face with your hands.
