Nicole works with Individuals, Couples, and Families for Online Counselling
Nicole grew up in the Okanagan Valley and continues to call it home today. She has been practicing in Vernon and the surrounding communities for over seven years.
Nicole works with individuals (adults), couples, and families, offering a supportive and collaborative space to explore challenges and build meaningful change. Her approach is grounded in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), helping clients strengthen emotional awareness and re-establish a sense of safety and connection in their relationships.
She supports clients navigating relational conflict, life transitions, and personal growth. Nicole also works with adults with ADHD, helping clients better understand how it impacts emotions, relationships, and daily functioning, and develop practical strategies for greater stability and connection.
Nicole has recently completed the Advanced Certificate in Couple and Family Therapy Studies with distinction from the University of Guelph and is currently working toward registration with the Canadian Association for Couple and Family Therapy to become a Registered Couple and Family Therapist (RCFT).
