I work with Youth and Adults
In a fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose sight of ourselves. We absorb stories, expectations, and patterns—many of which we didn’t choose—and carry them without question. The disconnection can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who we are beneath it all.
I strive to slow things down and notice the smallest signs—the flickers of insight, tension, or truth that often go unnoticed. Together, we’ll gently examine the beliefs, roles, and rhythms you’ve taken on, and explore which ones still serve you. Through curiosity and compassion, we’ll make space for stories that truly resonate with who you are and who you’re becoming.
With each step, you evolve. The version of you that longs to be seen, expressed, or heard starts to take shape. My hope is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and bring the version into light—at your pace, in your way.
My Experience
My experience has been rooted in supporting teens and young adults, though I enjoy working with people across all stages of life. I’ve supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, ADHD, and ASD.
My approach blends curiosity, and compassion as we explore challenges together. I value collaboration—meeting you where you’re at, helping you build coping tools that feel natural, and gently working through what feels tangled. Whether it’s through playful experimentation or thoughtful reflection, I am to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to figure things out in your own way.
My Approach to Therapy:
My approach is flexible and shaped by your unique needs. I draw from various modalities including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and strengths based work, while also weaving in somatic awareness, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I believe in meeting people where they’re at—gently exploring the mind-body connection, honoring nervous system responses, and moving at a pace that feels safe. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing—it’s about understanding, reconnecting, and finding new ways to be with yourself. Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy, what feels possible, and what kind of shifts feel meaningful to you.
More than just my work:
Outside of work, I’ve fallen in love with yoga and pilates—emphasis on fallen. I’ve also been trying new things like roller skating, which, like the rest, involves gravity and balance—two forces I’m still negotiating with. Grace may not be my strong suit, but I’m all in for the wobbly joy of trying!!
